P90x Day 1

Ok here's the deal... I haven't been dedicated to this blog, and that's not good! Perhaps I should quit being such a chicken shit and post it on my face book page....Maybe tomorrow.

Steve and I started P90x today, and quite frankly it sucks. My legs feel like jelly, my arms are like spagetti..and it's only day 1. We've promised each other we will come back every day and push play. I don't think I'm brave enough to post my "before"pictures. Maybe once the after pictures are taken and I look better. But doubtful.

As for the weight goals... I am down 5 measly pounds, but that's better than gaining or staying the same right? So, I start my fitness program at 166 pounds, that is 41 pounds to lose in 8 months or so. I've done it before, I can and will do it again.

This has been a week of getting things done. It feels great to get that long to do list done. Makes it easier to take the time out to take care of myself.
